These terms apply to your use of this website and to enquiries about our services. If a written quotation states different terms for your project, the quotation applies to that project.

Services and quotations

Service descriptions, packages and prices on this website are general information. Prices shown are estimates. Final scope, deliverables, cost and conditions are set out in a written quotation that you approve.

When an agreement begins

An agreement begins when you accept the quotation and the agreed payment terms are met. Payment is verified manually by us.

What we need from you

Accurate information, content and materials, timely feedback, and confirmation that you have the right to use anything you give us.

Third-party costs

Costs such as domains, hosting, software licences and advertising spend are separate unless your quotation says otherwise.

Ownership of work

Ownership and usage rights for deliverables are described in your quotation. Unless stated otherwise, we may not be able to hand over final files until agreed payments are verified.

No guarantees of results

We do not guarantee sales, followers, rankings, income or particular outcomes. Digital results depend on many factors outside our control.

Academy

Course access is personal to approved students and must not be shared. Course details, fees and start dates are confirmed before enrolment. We do not guarantee jobs or income.
