Scope

Deliverables are listed in your written quotation. Requests beyond that scope may need a new quotation.

Timelines

We do not promise turnaround times before a quotation. Estimated timelines are agreed with you in the quotation and depend on scope and on how quickly you give us content and feedback.

Communication

We communicate by WhatsApp and email and share progress during development. We aim to respond to enquiries within 24 hours.

Review and feedback

You review the work and give feedback. The number of revision rounds is stated in your quotation.

Handover

On delivery we hand over the agreed files, links or access, subject to verified payment as agreed.

Ongoing support

Maintenance and management are provided only where included in your quotation or a separate agreement.

Delays

If something may cause a delay, we will tell you and agree the next steps.
