Refund and Cancellation Policy

The quotation comes first

Cancellation and refund terms depend on the scope and stage of your project and are stated in your written quotation. The principles below explain how we approach them.

Before you accept a quotation

You may withdraw at any time without charge.

After payment but before work starts

Tell us as soon as possible. We will review the request and discuss any refund in good faith.

After work has started

Work already completed and costs already incurred, such as time spent or third-party purchases, may not be refundable in whole or in part. We will explain how the amount was worked out.

Delivered work

Work you have approved or received in line with the quotation is generally not refundable.

Academy

Refund terms for courses are confirmed in your enrolment details before you pay.

How to ask

Email onetimedigitalsolutions1@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp with your name, project and reason. We review each request manually and refund through the agreed payment method where a refund is approved.
