What this website collects

The website stores project and Academy enquiries in the OTS business database, including the details you submit, a unique enquiry reference and a validated referral code when supplied. Authorised OTS personnel can access records according to their role. WhatsApp or email may open as an optional follow-up; opening those apps does not determine whether the enquiry was saved.

What we do with details you send

We use the details you send to reply to you, prepare quotations, deliver services you ask for and, for the Academy, respond to course interest.

On your device

To carry your selected services between pages, the site keeps them in your browser's session storage. It is cleared when you close the browser tab or session. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so Google may receive your IP address when pages load.

Other services involved

WhatsApp and your email provider handle messages under their own privacy terms.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only where needed to deliver a service you requested or where the law requires.

Keeping and removing information

We retain customer, enquiry, project, finance and audit records for as long as required for business operations, legal obligations and dispute resolution, with access restricted to authorised personnel. To ask us to correct or delete information, email onetimedigitalsolutions1@gmail.com.
